Yes! My next healthy ingredient for my cookie diet challenge is blueberry.

Why blueberry?

Researched shows blueberry is a good source of vitamin C which is good for our immune system. It is also  rich source of anti oxidant and contain the health promoting phytochemical, anthocyanin. But of course, eating organic fresh is better than adding it in cookies. Take note ladies, my challenge is to make cookies more healthier and enjoy the process. This is more crunchy than the Healthy cookie challenge #1 Carrot oatmeal cookie, also I love the balance of sour and sweet nutty, oh! I forgot to mentioned, the granola oats I am using, there’s a mixture of pumpkin seed on it.
